Either way, your domain stays yours — hosting it with us never changes who owns it. We host websites built by other developers and agencies, subject to a compatibility review.

Your hosting includes professional email on your own domain — so customers see [email protected], not a free webmail address.

Our monthly fee covers hosting plus business email, backups, security and uptime monitoring, technical maintenance, small updates and support — delivered by the team that built your website. You’re paying for a service that looks after your website, not only a place to store it.
Technical maintenance — keeping your website online, applying software and runtime updates where applicable, monitoring and backups — plus reasonable minor content updates: text, images, contact details, business hours and service information. Yes. Hosting includes professional email on your own domain, such as [email protected], managed through cPanel and available in webmail. Business Care includes more email accounts; exact numbers are confirmed in your quote.
Yes, you get access to cPanel for your hosting environment for things like email, files, domains, SSL, backups and databases, depending on what your hosting package includes. Most clients simply ask us to handle things, but the access is there.
You don’t need to. Send us the change and we’ll handle reasonable updates as part of your plan. Whether you can also edit parts of your website yourself depends on how it was built — something we can discuss when we design it.
Major changes — new pages, new features, e-commerce, bookings, integrations or a redesign — are quoted separately. You’ll always get a clear quote before any work begins.
Cancellation terms are agreed in writing when you sign up, so there are no surprises. Included updates and maintenance apply while your website is hosted with us. Ask us for the current terms.
Talk to us. The terms for moving a website — including handover of files and any related fees — are set out in your agreement, and we’ll explain them clearly before you commit.
Yes. Website backups are part of every plan, and Business Care backs up more frequently. Backups are a safety net that lets us restore your website if something goes wrong.
Your domain name is registered separately and isn’t part of the monthly hosting fee. We can register it for you, connect it to your hosting and look after the settings.
Yes. Form & Frame offers managed hosting for websites built by other developers or agencies. We’ll first review the website and its hosting requirements to make sure we can support it.
Hosting and technical maintenance are included according to the selected hosting package. Design and development changes to websites built by another developer are quoted separately.
Yes. We can assist with website migrations. We’ll review your current hosting environment, website and email setup before confirming the migration process.
Websites built and hosted by Form & Frame can qualify for our Website Care offering, which combines hosting with ongoing minor website updates. Websites built elsewhere are offered a separate managed hosting service.
